Making cancer research understandable – that’s what students of the BG Vöcklabruck experienced during a special visit from Prof. Grunt, one of the LBI HO’s oncologists on 31.03.2025. In two engaging presentations, he provided insights into current research approaches, new treatment possibilities, and everyday life in the lab. Using clear examples and plenty of enthusiasm, Prof. Grunt made complex topics accessible and sparked the students’ interest in medical science. The event aimed not only to share knowledge but also to inspire young minds to consider a future in research.
